With the Course Loan, a personal loan at a fixed interest rate, you can finance all kinds of school courses, university studies, language courses, take a specialisation course or attend a seminar without the financial concern and ensuring your needs are covered.
Apart from helping you finance the total cost of the course, it covers the financing of related expenses (tuition, materials, accommodation, moving costs). All this up to 18,000 euros to be repaid over a maximum of 1 year (12 monthly instalments).

1. Interest rate of 6.75 % applicable on transactions where the borrower's salary is paid directly into Banco Sabadell.
2. Conditions of the Course Loan:
Minimum APR of 11.62 % for a Course Loan of 3,500.00 euros, made available in a single deposit at the start of the loan, over a period of 12 months at an annual nominal interest rate (NIR) of 6.75 % and without any interest-only periods. Monthly instalments of 302.44 euros and a final instalment of 302.45 euros. Total amount of the loan: 3,578.75 euros, which includes the course fee (3,500 euros) and the arrangement fee (78.75 euros). Total cost of the loan: 208.04 euros. Interest amount: 129.29 euros. Total debt amount: 3,708.04 euros.
Maximum APR of 31.58 % for a Course Loan of 1,500 euros, made available in a single deposit at the start of the loan, over a period of 5 months at an annual nominal interest rate (NIR) of 6.75 % and without any interest-only periods. Monthly instalments of 305.08 euros and a final instalment of 305.09 euros. Total amount of the loan: 1,575.00 euros, which includes the course fee (1,500 euros) and the arrangement fee (75.00 euros). Total cost of the loan: 100.41 euros. Interest amount: 25.41 euros. Total debt amount: 1,600.41 euros.
3. 0.00 % assessment fee and early redemption or cancellation fee: 0.50% if the period to maturity of the loan is less than 1 year, 1% if the period is longer.
Fees are calculated on the loan amount requested. The French repayment system is applied for the calculation of the instalments for this loan, which is a fixed instalment repayment system.
The granting of the loan, its amount and the repayment period for each transaction requested will be determined by and contingent on the bank’s risk criteria.
Optionally, a life insurance policy may be taken out to cover the outstanding amount of the loan in the event of the borrower’s death, brokered by BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., Tax ID no. To apply for your Course Loan, we just need the following documents:
- Applicant's ID card, passport or residence card. If the applicant is a minor, the loan will be in the name of his/her parents or guardians.
- The last 2 payslips of the borrower or guarantor.
- Personal income tax return (last year of the applicant or guarantor).
- Proof of participation in the course (copy of registration or pre-registration for the course).
