The insurance is subject to the terms and conditions subscribed to in the policies and is brokered by BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A. and you can contact the insurance companies with which BanSabadell Mediación has signed an insurance agency contract at www.bancosabadell.com/bsmediacion. Auto
- Sponsor and Agency: the organiser of this promotion is Zurich Insurance PLC, branch in Spain, holder of NIF W0072130H and registered office in calle Agustín de Foxá, 28036, Madrid (hereinafter, “sponsor”). The sponsor has engaged the services of Plan & Ahorra Marketing, S.L. (hereinafter PYA Marketing or the “agency”), with registered offices in Avenida de la Industria, 6. 28108 Alcobendas - Madrid, holder of CIF B-86650751 and email address info@100esmas.com to manage the execution of the promotion.
- Participants: Customers of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. who are natural or legal persons, of legal age and resident in Spanish territory who purchase via BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., Life Care insurance and Auto Protection during the promotional period (hereinafter, the “participants”) are eligible to take part in this promotion.
- Promotional period: the promotion will commence on 2 September 2019 and conclude on 31 December 2019 (hereinafter, the “promotional period”) without detriment to which it may be extended, suspended or cancelled by the sponsor at any time for justified cause, duly informing the participants.

Conditions of the promotion:
- The participant must have acquired a new product from the Life Care family on a date between 2 September 2019 and 31 December 2019.
- The participant must apply for and acquire a new Car Protection within the Promotional Period prior to 30 June 2020. The policyholder must be the same for the two products.
- The participant must be in good standing with payment of all their insurance premiums.

- The amount will be deposited in the bank account (IBAN code essential) provided by the participant. Any applications with incomplete data will be automatically rejected.

Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100 Campaign
(from 1 January 2021 to 31 January 2021)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WELCOME PLAN - Supermarket 100 SPECIAL OFFER
- Participants: anyone who has received the corresponding email from the Organising Entity including them in the special offer can take part in it. The Organising Entity will inform the participants by email of the existence of this special offer, the terms and conditions and the promotional website atsupermercado100.planbienvenida.com.
- Products: this special offer encompasses insurance policies taken out exclusively by customers of Banco de Sabadell, S.A., natural persons who take out the Sabadell Blink Seguro Auto insurance policy via BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A. (via the website or app).
- Duration of the offer: the promotion will begin on 1 January 2021 until 31 January 2021 for new Sabadell Blink Household insurance contracts covering the principal amount of the home or premises and contents, without prejudice to the fact that this may be extended, suspended or cancelled by the promoters at any time with just cause.
- Duration of the incentive payments: For all participants the programme will last for12 months following the date upon which they register, without detriment to the fact that this length may be extended, suspended or cancelled by the Organising Entity at any time in the event of a just cause.

Participation conditions: to be eligible for the incentive, participants must:
- Take out and retain the current policy for the insurance they have taken out which applies to this special offer.
- Sign the contract within the offer validity period.

Promotional incentive: Participants may benefit from the cashback of 15% of their supermarket receipts (up to €8.33 per month, which in total, would amount to a maximum of €150 during the first year) by sending a cashback request form together with their receipts. The cashback will be made provided that their BanSabadell Seguros Generales policy(-ies) are active, and they have signed up to the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100 at the time of the request.
The policyholders, as participants in the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100, will be able to benefit from the cashback of their supermarket expenditure made in any establishment throughout Spain by PYA Marketing in the following manner:- Participants can request a cashback equivalent to 15% of their expenditure made in supermarkets up to a maximum amount of €150 during the first year (a maximum amount of €8.33 per month).
- With regard to supermarket expenditure, cashbacks will only be made for purchases of supermarket products and not for other products or additional services included in the receipts, such as transport, preparation, household appliances or products in general whose unit amount exceeds €100.
The services provided will be carried out per number of policies taken out, in such a way that a single participant will be entitled to a monthly cashback per policy taken out via BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., and assigned to the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100. -
Delivery of the incentive: Participants in the programme will receive an email as policyholders that will include a link to the programme’s website and instructions on how to access it.
Participants must complete the cashback request form that can be found on the programme page at: supermercado100.planbienvenida.com and send it, as they choose, together with the receipts, to:- Via the online request form available on the programme website.

7. Other requirements/conditions:
- Cashback requests must be submitted no later than 15 calendar days after the date of the receipt.
- The maximum cashback amount will be credited to the bank account (an IBAN code is required) provided by the participant. Requests with incomplete information will be automatically rejected.
- Any request that does not include any of the data stipulated as mandatory in these Terms and Conditions or which is erroneous will be regarded as incomplete.
- The holder of the receipts must be the participant registered in the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100. The cashbacks will only apply to the amount of a single person. Furthermore, the receipts must include all the legally required details to be regarded as valid; these must be clearly visible and include, at least, the date, amount and item, the taxes payable at any time and the issuer’s details.
- The date of issuance of the receipt may not be earlier than the date of registration as a user of the programme.
- The requested cashbacks in the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100 will only be paid on a monthly basis and within a period of no longer than 15 days following the date of receipt of the request.
- It is necessary to attach a cashback request form that is duly filled in, in addition to the corresponding receipt.
Requests will be cancelled in the following cases:- When they do not comply or comply in an irregular manner with the steps of the claim procedure outlined in the previous section.
- When the participant has received the maximum amount (€8.33 per month) before the end of the month, he/she may not request any further cashbacks until the following month.
- In general, if they do not meet the requirements and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- When a duplicate receipt is sent for different cashback requests, even if they are different users.
- If they are fraudulently submitted, receiving help or an advantage to tamper with the receipt.
- If they are received outside the redemption periods established in these Terms and Conditions.
We recommend reading through all the terms and conditions included in this document before sending a cashback request. -
Data processing:
BanSabadell Seguros Generales S.A., de Seguros y Reaseguros, as the data controller, will process the personal data that are provided in order to manage the services offered within the framework of this campaign. The data provided will not be assigned to third parties.
This special offer will be managed by PYA Marketing in its capacity as a service provider of BanSabadell Seguros Generales S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, acting as the data processor, as a result of which this agency will not process or retain your data for any other purpose. We also inform you that the Agency will adopt the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, completeness and security of the personal data. We remind you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of the processing, opposition and portability in this case by contacting the Customer Service Department of Plan & Ahorra Marketing, S.L., Apartado 61.075, 28080 - Madrid or by sending an email to info@planbienvenida.com, providing your first name and surname(s), together with a copy of your ID card or a similar identification document.
LIABILITY
The Organising Entity and the Agency cannot be held liable for incidents and events of any kind that are caused by a breakdown of the computer program, as appropriate, due to a case of force majeure, a substantiated or reasonable reason (e.g. it being impossible to register a participant, etc.) or incidents that have their origin in cases of force majeure resulting from causes such as a breakdown of the phone, computer or electrical network caused by natural external agents (atmospheric or climatological agents or the deficient functioning of the companies supplying said services).
Neither the Organising Entity nor the Agency can be held liable for it being impossible to register a participant due to an error in the capture of his/her personal data or as a result of writing which, as appropriate, is unintelligible, incomplete, erroneous or false.
With regard to the materials that may be submitted by the participants during the mechanics of the offer (e.g. data, photos, stories, videos, replies regarding brands and, in general, any material), the Organising Entity reserves the right not to publish and directly destroy any message, story, photograph, video or material of any kind which, in its opinion, constitutes or represents illegal conduct or an unlawful thought or activity contrary to dignity and respect and the rights of persons, particularly women, any whose dissemination could infringe the rights of third parties or, in general, any which it believes is not subject matter appropriate for dissemination. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the inclusion, rejection or deletion of stories, messages, photographs, videos, materials or messages. The Organising Entity may withdraw the data, stories, messages, photographs, videos, images or messages included on a website and/or in any other medium supporting the Organising Entity once the period of time it deems appropriate has gone by. - Taxation: the taxes in force at the time of payment of the incentive shall apply. In accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of the Regulations on Personal Income Tax governing income subject to withholdings or payments on account, insofar as the delivery of the amounts is made within the strictly individual sphere of the consumers (payers of this tax) and such amounts are lower than €300, no withholding tax will be incurred in their regard.
