Banco Sabadell has signed the line established between the ICO and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce (MITYC) for its customers which offers unrivalled finance.
The incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies in small companies together with commerce and eBilling in SMEs and facilitate access to these technologies to the general public and particularly to young people and university students.
Beneficiaries:
- For the ICT Loan: Small and Medium Companies which do not have an broadband Internet connection and invest in equipment to established this connection and those which, having this connection, invest in software and hardware aimed at improving their corporate processes or the introduction of the business and eBilling.
- For the Young Person and University Student Loan: Resident in Spanish territory aged between 18 and 35 and Students registered at Spanish centres of university studies who have a broadbandInternet connection or make a new subscription to this service.
- For the Digital Citizen Loan: Resident in Spanish territory who have a broadband Internet connection or make a new subscription to this service.
Financeable items
- For the ICT Loan: Broadband Internet access: The subscription to the broadband Internet connection service may be financed but not the periodic consumption and access products including security elements. Internet presence, including the creation of Webpages and company portals. Incorporation of ICT into corporate processes using advanced management tools. CRM (Customer management systems), ERP (Enterprise resources planning), supply chain systems, document management systems, etc.
eCommerce and eBilling
- For the Young Person and University Student and Digital Citizen Loan:
Acquisition of a computer capable of connecting to the Internet.
Optional Office automation software and other software, antivirus, electronic card reader device, peripherals and broadband Internet connection subscription and broadband Internet connection.
Investments up to one year old will be financed.
Repayment periods:
- For ICT and Digital Citizen Loans: 36 months with the option of 3 months grace period included and linear, monthly settlements.
- For the Young Person and University Student Loan: 60 months without a grace period on the principal and linear, monthly settlements.
Interest rate: Will be 0% in all cases.
Maximum Amount:
- For the ICT Loan: Up to 100% of the investment (not including VAT) will be financed with a maximum amount of 200,000 euros per end beneficiary/ calendar year.
- For the Young Person and University Student and Digital Citizen Loan: Up to 100% of the investment, including VAT will be financed with a maximum amount of 3,000 euros per end beneficiary/ calendar year.
Commission: No Commission.
Early repayment: Total or partial without penalty.
Compatibility and incompatibility of aid:
This line is subject to the de minimis condition of the European Union and is compatible with the aid received from the Autonomous Communities or other institutions, within the maximum limits established.
This Line will be in effect until 31 December 2010 or before if the funds are exhausted
