1. What are BS Puntos ?

They are the points that the Banco Sabadell  gives to its customers to thank them for using their Visa cards. These points can be exchanged for a wide range of gifts.

2. Who can participate in the BS Puntos ?

All private individuals who are holders of cards issued by Banco Sabadell : Classic, Gold, Shopping, Platinum and Visa Tecnocredit.

3. How do you earn with our BS Puntos ?

You earn points each time you pay using your card (cash withdrawals from ATMs and purchases in petrol stations within Spain do not earn points).

For every 6 euros of purchases paid with your card, you earn 1 point. Fractions are counted too. For example, if you make a purchase for 15 euros, you earn 2.5 points.

If you use more than one card you will earn points on all of them . Also, points earned by the beneficiary of your card will be accumulated with your own.

Your points keep on accumulating until you decide to exchange them for a gift.

4. How can I request gifts?

You can request the gifts available in our catalogue:

• Send an SMS to 5675* with the word PUNTOS + and the Ref. code SMS of the article + 5 last digits of your current account associated with the points account.
• at your branch of Banco Sabadell

The delivery of the gifts is done at the office of Banco Sabadell stated within 10 days of application.

Choose the gift you like best. If it doesn't turn out to be what you expected, don't worry. All you have to do is notify us within ten days of the date of receipt and, immediately, we will refund your points so that you can choose another gift. .

5. What is the gift catalogue?

The catalogue informs in detail of the gifts available and the number of points necessary to obtain them. .

Is at available to all participants at all the branches of Banco Sabadell and can also be consulted online .

In the event that stocks of one gift run out, Banco Sabadell reserves the right to substitute it for another of equal value or similar characteristics.

When a new catalogue is published, the previous one no longer remains valid.

All items are covered by the standard warranty of the manufacturer, importer or distributor. If you receive a faulty item, it can be changed for a one new.

6. How can I find out how many BS Puntos I have at any given time?

Also, you will receive full detailed information on the points accumulated with each of your cards on a monthly basis.

7. Can I group the points accumulated with different cards?

If you have more than one card can can add up and accumulate the points earned by the different cards into a sole account. .

You can also transfer your accumulated points to the card of your choice.

8. What happens if your card gets lost or stolen?

If your card gets lost or stolen, don't worry. Your accumulated points will not be effected.

A card with incidents cannot exchange points for gifts until the situation is clarified.

9. What is the validity of the BS Puntos ?

The BS Puntos has been set up indefinitely , with no set date of completion.

The points that you accumulate can be exchanged for the gifts in the catalogue that is valid at the time of the exchange.

Points earned have a five-year validity period . Once this term elapses without having exchanged the accumulated points for gifts, Banco Sabadell reserves the right to cancel the points. Also, in the event of that no movements take place in points for a period of two years, the accumulated points may be cancelled.

Likewise, Banco Sabadell reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the scheme or suspend it, and undertakes to properly notify the participants in writing or by posting announcements at their branch offices.
