Help with your connection to BS Online
To be able to access our Distance Banking services all you need is the User name (DNI, passport no., NIE, NIF or foreign identity document) of the person wishing to connect and the 4-digit access code , which was given to you at your branch when you signed the Distance Banking contract. It is important to underline that there are differentiated and independent accesses to be able to operate with Personal and Business accounts.
Banco Gallego and Lloyds Bank International customers will be able to connect to BS Online with the new user name and access code that we have provided to you via your old Online Banking service.
We would remind Lloyds Bank International Financial Server customers that they must access BS Online with the first 4 digits of their old Online Banking access code.
For customers who have not activated their new code card on the Banco Gallego or Lloyds Bank International websites, on the first connection and before accessing your accounts, you will be asked to carry out the activation of your new card.
If you do not have a new card, you should visit your regular Branch to obtain a new one or request it by telephone by calling 902 323 000.
By clicking on the “Other accesses” link that is located next to the “Enter” button on BS Online or by clicking on the BS Online tab at the top of the screen we can find other forms of accessing BS Online.
Differentiated accesses for personal and business banking customers?
The BS Online Distance Banking service has differentiated accesses for operating with personal and business bank accounts, split into two independent accesses for personal and business customers.
If you have both personal and business accounts you will have two code cards and will be able to operate via both services with the corresponding code card. For these cases with accounts in the two segments, you can request a grouped view of your “Personal” and “Business” accounts. To do this, all you have to do is connect to BS Online, access "All my accounts" / "Global position" and select the option “Access to your accounts”.
If you have identified yourself using the “Private customers” tab and you want to operate in “Business”, you have to click on “Disconnect” and then, choose the “Business” tab and identify yourself again.
Types of user names for accessing BS Online
Identity documents: The most usual way of accessing BS Online is using your identity document, with valid numbers being your Spanish Identity Card (DNI) no., passport, Resident’s Card (NIE) or foreign identity document.
Digital certificates: You can also access Distance Banking via the different digital certificates that exist that accredit your identity. BS Online accepts connection with these kinds of certificates: Electronic DNI, FNMT, Generalitat Valenciana.
Accesses for third parties (non-authorised):
- Secondary card: This allows the non-authorised third parties to consult and operate accounts. An account holder must request the secondary card from his or her branch (the card is similar to the code card you already have). The account holder via BS Online activates the card and configures the types of access and operating limits he or she requires for the person who use the card. This configuration must be set from the BS Online Secondary Cards Administration menu.
- LAK (Limited Access Key), for companies only: this is a virtual access that the account holder configures so that a third party can consult their accounts or set up operations that will always require an account holder named in the contract to authorise them by signing with a coordinate from their code card.
I have not activated my new code card yet
From the integration date on 15 March, in order to sign operations the use of the new Banco Sabadell code card will be essential.
This is a personal and non-transferrable card that is provided when you sign your Distance Banking contract and that, on the reverse, contains the key codes for signing transactions.
For customers who did not activate their new code card on the Banco Gallego or Lloyds Bank International websites, on your first connection and before being able to access your accounts, you will be requested to activate the new card.
If you do not have the new card you should visit your regular Branch to obtain a new one or you can request it by telephone by calling 902 323 000.
Users who were previously Bco Sabadell customers
For users who are customers of both banks and already have access to the BS Online banking service, from the migration date, you will be able to access BS Online and see both the products that you already saw in Banco Sabadell as well as the products that you maintained with Banco Gallego or Lloyds Bank International and that prior to that date you could not visualise via Banco Sabadell’s Distance Banking service.
How do I access my usual operations?
The new Distance Banking service offers a renovated design and a more dynamic and improved website navigation so that your banking operations are more user-friendly and efficient.
The more usual operations, for example, can be visualised as soon as you access BS Online at the top left-hand part of the menu. If we want to visualise all operations possible, under the key operations with direct access we can click on the link “View all options”.
I cannot remember my access code
If you have forgotten your access code and cannot access BS Online, you should visit your regular branch so that they can provide you with another PIN (access code) or contact our telephone helpline by calling 902 204 070, (available 24 hours a day) where you will be given a suitable solution.
