1 Payment of €30/quarter for setting up a Sabadell Online Account for business purposes and having the self-employed contribution paid by direct debit during that period (also includes self-employed workers under the Special System for Self-Employed Agricultural Workers and self-employed workers under the Special Scheme for Seafarers). The payment will be settled within the first 15 days following the end of the quarter and subject to the current tax legislation.
2 No account management or maintenance fees. Profitability conditions for new accounts opened between 3 May 2024 and 31 May 2024. Representative example calculated for the period 31/05/2024 to 31/05/2025 for a combined average monthly balance of the Online Account and the associated Savings Account(s) of €20,000: APR 3.062% calculated taking into account the NIR of 6.0% for the first three months and for the remaining months the NIR of 2.0%, which is in respect of the current remuneration of the account only, and may vary depending on market conditions. 3 The requirement established in the contract will not apply during the first 6 months of holding a Sabadell Negocios Account. From the seventh month onwards you’ll only need to have your salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €700 deposited by direct debit, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder. If this requirement is not met in the second month, the Sabadell Business Account will automatically become a Relación Account.
4 With Sabadell Negocios Account and Sabadell Negocios Account Plus, no transaction or maintenance fee will apply for the first 6 months of hiring the POS terminal. The JCB, CUP, Diners/Discover and Mastercard B2B cards that form part of the GWTTP programme are excluded from this special offer, as well as transactions made using Alipay and Bizum payment systems. Offer not applicable to virtual POS terminals or commercial chains or businesses with a half-yearly turnover totalling over 60,000 euros. From the seventh month onwards or after the billing has been exceeded, for all private cards a fee of 0.40% will apply, with a minimum fee of €0.07 per transaction. Business cards issued in this country will have a fee of 0.80% with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. EU business cards, non-EU cards (personal or business), and JCB, CUP and Diners/Discover cards are subject to a 1.80% + €0.39 fee, with a minimum fee of €0.46 per transaction. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from these costs and are subject to specific fees. Transactions made through Bizum will have a fee of 0.40%, with a minimum fee of €0.15 per transaction. This fee does not apply to virtual POS; please check the specific conditions. MasterCard B2B cards under the GWTTP programme incur a transaction fee of 2.95%. During the first 6 months, the POS terminal maintenance fee is waived. From the seventh month onwards, the maintenance fee for the GPRS POS terminal and Smart Phone & Sell POS terminal will be 6 euros/month and for the Smart POS terminal, it will be 9 euros/month. Maintenance fee: €3 per month for each additional POS terminal. VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly fee for the maintenance of the POS terminal, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.
5 The requirement established in the agreement will not apply for the first 6 months of contracting the Sabadell Business Plus Account. From the seventh month onwards you’ll only need to have your salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €3000 deposited by direct debit, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder. If that requirement is not met by the second month, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.
6 The above-mentioned terms and conditions for the Sabadell Company Account will be maintained provided that the client channels at least 10% of his/her business (in terms of the annual turnover) through this account per annum.
7 Includes transfers to the EEA in euro, Swedish krona and Romanian leu, via BS Online and Editran, commission-free during the first year from the opening date of the Sabadell Company Account, with no limit on the number of transactions. There is a fee for urgent and immediate transfers.
8 With the Sabadell Companies Account you can have up to three BS Card Mastercard Business debit cards and three Mastercard Gold or Mastercard Corporate Gold Representation credit cards per account without any issue or maintenance fees.
9 The conditions of the Sabadell Agricultural Business Account will be maintained as long as the requirements established in the agreement are met. Currently, one of the following requirements must be met as a minimum: one direct debit for social security, one direct debit for taxes, one direct debit for payroll or two direct debit for bills. These requirements must be met on a monthly basis; if these conditions are not met by the third month, the Sabadell Negocio Agrario Account will automatically become a Relación Account.
