1 Return: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR), 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). The conditions of the Sabadell Business Plus Account will apply if you meet the sole requirement of signing up for your first Dataphone POS terminal or Smart POS terminal or Smart Mini POS terminal. Exclusive conditions for customers without a POS terminal prior to 13 May 2024.
The foregoing conditions of the Sabadell Business Plus Account will be maintained as long as the POS terminal term is used, which will be reviewed on a monthly basis. If this requirement is not met, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will then automatically only require a minimum monthly deposit of €3,000 (excluding deposits from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder). This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

2 No account management or maintenance fees. For accounts opened between 18/06/2024 and 10/07/2024, the 12 month return will be 2.53% APR up to an average combined balance of €50,000 between the Sabadell Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the account holders linked to it. Representative example of remuneration in one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €50,000: 2.5% NIR per annum, 2.53% APR, €1,250.04 in interest settled in the year. Settlement is paid on a monthly basis and is credited to the Sabadell Online Account on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it). After the second year, the current yield conditions of the account will apply.

3 Promotion valid for all hospitality, restaurant and café customers with a Sabadell Business Plus Account and/or a Sabadell Online Account for businesses that take out a Smart POS terminal, Smart Mini POS terminal or Dataphone POS terminal and have not previously had a Banco Sabadell POS terminal, between 13 May and 31 August. The promotion will consist of:
- €0 monthly maintenance fee on your first Smart POS, Smart Mini POS or Dataphone POS terminal.
- Sabadell Business Plus Account with no access requirements.
- Bonus of €30 gross quarterly if the account holder has a billing of a minimum of €6,000/quarter with any model of POS terminal contracted with the bank, up to a maximum bonus of €120 gross per annum.
For the quarter between April and June, the minimum billing to qualify for the promotion is €2,000. In subsequent quarters, it will be €6,000. In all quarters, the cashback amount will be €30 gross.
The offer is also valid for the Dual Screen POS terminal, with the exception of the maintenance fee, which for this terminal will be €18/month with the Sabadell Business Plus Account. VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly fee for the maintenance of the POS terminal, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.

4 The per-transaction fee of 0.25% will be applied directly for all personal cards issued in Spain with a minimum of €0.02 per transaction. European Personal cards will be charged a fee of 0.40%, with a minimum of €0.07. Domestic business cards will be charged a transaction fee of 0.80% with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Cards for European businesses, non-European cards (personal and business) and JCB and CUP cards will be charged a transaction fee of 1.80% + €0.39, with a minimum of €0.46 per transaction. Mastercard B2B cards under the GWTTP programme incur a transaction fee of 2.95%. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from this offer and are subject to specific fees.

5 The maintenance fee for the first 6 months will be €0. From the seventh month, the maintenance fee of the Sabadell Business Account will be €100 per annum, which will be settled on a quarterly basis (€25 per quarter). Account profitability: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR). Annual Percentage Rate (APR): -3.940%, example: if an average balance of €2,500 is maintained for one year. The maintenance fee is waived in full (return of the account of 0% NIR and 0% APR) if during the 5 | 15 CAD2024540184 settled period:
- The account holder has taken out one of the following insurance policies through the Bank, brokered by BanSabadell Mediación: Car Protection, Business Premises and Office Protection, Business Protection, Self-Employed Subsidy Protection, Life Protection, SME Life Protection, SME Health Protection, Civil Liability or Professional Civil Liability.
- Or, if in the last three months, the account holder has carried out at least 60 purchase transactions with the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) contracted with or through the Bank, or has billed at least €6,000 with the POS terminal contracted with or through the Bank.
Reimbursement of half the maintenance fee (account profitability: 0% NIR and - 1.9850% APR. Example: if an average balance of €2,500 is maintained for 1 year), if the following condition is met by the trade, business or company during the last three months: six direct debit entries for payroll, tax or social security payments have been paid from the account.

7 Payment of €30/quarter for activating a Sabadell Online Account for business purposes and having your contributions as a self-employed worker paid by direct debit during that period (includes the self-employed under the Special System for Self-Employed Agrarian Workers and the self-employed under the Special Scheme for Sea Workers). The payment will be settled within the first 15 days following the end of the quarter and subject to the current tax legislation.

8 The requirement established in the contract will not apply during the first 6 months of holding a Sabadell Negocios Account. From the seventh month onwards you’ll only need to have your salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €700 deposited by direct debit, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder. If this requirement is not met in the second month, the Sabadell Business Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

9 With the Sabadell Business Account and Sabadell Business Plus Account, no transaction or maintenance fee will apply for the first six months of hiring the POS terminal. The JCB, CUP, Diners/Discover and Mastercard B2B cards that form part of the GWTTP programme are excluded from this special offer, as well as transactions made using Alipay and Bizum payment systems. Offer not applicable to virtual POS terminals or commercial chains or businesses with a half-yearly turnover totalling over 60,000 euros. From the seventh month onwards or upon exceeding the turnover limit, for all private cards issued in this country and in the European Union, the percentage of 0.40% will be applied, with a minimum fee of €0.07 per transaction. Business cards issued in this country will have a fee of 0.80% with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. EU business cards, non-EU cards (personal and business) and JCB and CUP, and Diners/Discover cards incur a fee of 1.80% + €0.39, with a minimum fee of €0.46 per transaction. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from these costs and are subject to specific fees. Transactions made through Bizum will be charged a fee of 0.40%, with a minimum charge of €0.15 per transaction. Rate not applicable to virtual POS; view your specific conditions. MasterCard B2B cards under the GWTTP programme incur a transaction fee of 2.95%. During the first 6 months, the POS terminal maintenance fee is waived. From the seventh month onwards, the maintenance fee for the GPRS POS terminal and Smart Phone & Sell POS terminal will be €6 /month and for the Smart POS terminal, it will be €9 /month. €3 per month maintenance for each additional POS. VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly fee for the maintenance of the POS terminal, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.

10 The requirement established in the agreement will not apply for the first 6 months of contracting the Sabadell Business Plus Account. From the seventh month onwards you’ll only need to have your salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €3000 deposited by direct debit, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder. If that requirement is not met by the second month 6 | 15 CAD2024540184, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

11 All POS terminals are products of Paycomet, S.L.U., a company of the Banco Sabadell group, which is the company the contract will be formalised with and which handles the management thereof, with Banco de Sabadell, S.A. acting as marketer of the product. Banco de Sabadell. S.A. may also act in the capacity of interlocutor for the sole purpose of receiving any requests from its customers, as well as channelling any complaints and claims in order to pass them on to Paycomet, S.L.U. The company Paycomet, S.L.U. (hereinafter, Paycomet), Tax ID Number B95842522, is a Spanish payment institution incorporated in Bilbao, Spain, on 14 April 2016. It is accredited as a payment institution by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and is subject to the supervision of the Bank of Spain and the Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Infractions. In addition, it is duly registered in the Special Register of Payment Institutions of the Bank of Spain with number 6874. Its registered office is at Calle Camino de Valladolid, 2, Local, 28250, Torrelodones, Madrid. Paycomet protects the funds received from payment service users through another payment service provider in accordance with the procedure set forth in article 21.1 a) of Royal Legislative Decree 19/2018, of 23 November, on payment services and other urgent measures in financial matters. In particular, such funds are at no time commingled with the funds of any individual or legal entity other than the payment service users on whose behalf the funds are held and, in the event they are still in the possession of Paycomet and have not yet been delivered to the payee at the end of the working day following the day on which the funds were received, they are deposited in a separate bank account with a credit institution held by Paycomet, called "customer balances", under the terms set out in Article 16.2 of Royal Decree 736/2019 of 20 December, on the legal regime of payment services and payment institutions. In accordance with the provisions of Article 21.1 a) of the Royal Decree on payment services, payment service users as holders of the funds have a right of withdrawal in respect of this account, in accordance with the insolvency regulations, for the benefit of the payment service users with respect to possible claims of other creditors of Paycomet, in particular in the event of insolvency.

12 Coverage subject to the terms, coverage, limitations and exclusions set out in the general, particular and, if applicable, special insurance conditions. Self-Employed Subsidy Protection is a commercial name of the product that DKV Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.E. markets under the brand name DKV Renta, with its own specifications and technical notes of the same product that are available to the public at the insurer's registered offices and whose prior information document of the insurance product and its general conditions can be seen on DKV's website. With registered offices in Spain, WTCZ —Edificio DKV—, Avenida María Zambrano 31, 50018, Zaragoza, registered in the Mercantile Register of Zaragoza, in volume 1711, folio 214, page Z-15152, tax ID number A-50004209 and registered in the Administrative Register of Insurance Companies of the DGSyFP, with code C-0161.
