ICO Liquidity 2012
Banco Sabadell has subscribed the ICO Liquidity 2012 facility for its clients, to offer financing to secure working capital and liabilities restructuring for the Self-Employed and solvent, viable companies facing a transitory credit restriction.

Characteristics
Beneficiaries:
Self-employed persons, Public And Private Entities (Companies, Foundations, NGO’s, Public Administration,…) irrespective of their size, which are not in arrears with the Bank.

- Financial Conditions
Maximum amount financed:
Up to 10 million euros, in one or more operations.
Repayment Periods:- 1 and 2 years, with no grace period or 1 year’s grace period.
Fixed or Variable plus ICO margin plus 2.30% for operations without a grace period or plus 2.15% for operations with a grace period.
The interest rates are quoted fortnightly by the ICO.
Fees:
Fee of 0.50% of the total amount financed.
This Facility will be in effect until 17 December 2012 or before if the funds are exhausted
