The natural person applying for this must be over 18 years of age when the application is made.
In the event of the applicant not complying with any of the requisites provided in the Customer Acceptance Policy of the Banco Sabadell group, as laid down in Act 10/2010, of 28 April, on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, your application may be turned down.
For the sole aim of examining your application, the bank is empowered to consult common files on solvency, credit and compliance or non-compliance with monetary obligations for purposes of assessing your economic solvency.
This Operation is subject to the prior acceptance of Banco de Sabadell, S.A., which will properly appraise each application depending on the risk criteria and its Customer Acceptance Policy, after examining the documents provided and signing the contract.
The party or parties applying for this undertake to provide the documents required by the bank, and in particular their original I.D. card or official identity card currently in force. Any failure to provide the bank with these documents may entail the impossibility of going through with the operation.
