The self-employed and business with Banco Sabadell

I. During the first 12 months holding the Sabadell Negocios Account, the requirement established in the contract will not apply. From the 13th month onwards, you will only need to have your salary or regular monthly income of a minimum amount of €700 deposited directly into your account, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder. If the requirement of a regular monthly income of €700 in the first two months is not met before the quarterly settlement, the Sabadell Negocios Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

The maintenance fee for the first 12 months will be €0. From the 13th month, the maintenance fee of the Sabadell Negocios Account will be €100 per annum, which will be settled on a quarterly basis (€25 per quarter). Account profitability: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR). Annual Percentage Rate (APR): -3.940%, example: if an average balance of €2,500 is maintained for 1 year.

The entire maintenance fee is waived (account profitability of 0% NIR and 0% APR) if during the settled period:

• The account holder has taken out through the bank and brokered through BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., Tax ID A-03424223, one of the following insurance policies: Car Protection, Business Premises and Office Protection, Business Protection, Self-Employment Income Protection, Life Protection, SME Life Protection, SME Health Protection, Civil Liability or Professional Civil Liability.
• Or, if in the last three months, the account holder has carried out at least 60 purchase transactions with the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) contracted with or through the Bank, or has billed at least €6,000 with the POS terminal contracted with or through the Bank.

Waiver of half the maintenance fee (profitability of the account of 0% NIR and -1.9850% APR: example if an average balance of €2,500 is maintained for one year) if, during the last three months, the following condition is fulfilled by the merchant, business or company: the account is debited six times to pay wages and salaries, taxes or social insurance contributions.

II. The requirement established in the contract will not apply for the first 12 months of contracting the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account. From the 13th month, there must be a minimum deposit of €3000 per month. This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account. Income from accounts opened with the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder are excluded.

III. The transaction fee of 0.25% will apply for all domestic personal cards, with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. EU personal cards will be charged a fee of 0.40%, with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Business cards issued in this country will incur a 0.80% fee with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. EU business cards, non-EU personal cards, JCB, CUP and Diners/Discover cards incur a 1.80% + €0.39 fee, with a minimum fee of €0.46 per transaction. Business cards issued outside the EU will incur a fee of 2.20% + €0.39 with a minimum of €0.46 per transaction. For Mastercard B2B cards under the GWTTP programme there is a transaction fee of 2.95%. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from this offer and are subject to specific fees. IV. For the first 6 months, there will be no maintenance fee with the Sabadell Negocios, Negocios Plus Account and Sabadell Online Account, except for Virtual POS and Smart Phone&Sell POS terminals, which have no maintenance fee if you carry out 20 or more transactions per month or generate a monthly turnover of €4,000 or more (otherwise, a monthly maintenance fee of €9 will apply to both types). From the 7th month, the maintenance fee of the Smart Dual Screen POS terminal shall be €9 per month, for the Smart POS terminal it shall be €9 per month, for the Smart Mini POS terminal, €7 per month, for the Dataphone POS terminal, €6 per month and for the SoftPOS Mobile POS terminal, €2 per month. There will be a maintenance fee for additional POS terminals of €3 per month (includes Smart Dual; Smart, Smart Mini and Dataphone POS terminals) and the fee for SoftPos Mobile POS terminals will be €2 per month. VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly POS terminal maintenance fee, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.

V. Insurances subject to the terms, conditions, coverage, insured amounts, limitations, and exclusions set forth in the general and specific terms of the policies.

Promotion offered by BanSabadell Vida and BanSabadell Seguros Generales applicable to self-employed customers (natural persons and adults) and businesses (legal persons), tax resident in Spain, for the new contracting of any of the following insurance policies: Life Care, Life Care Premium, Premium Accidents, SME Life Protection (BanSabadell Vida products) or Business Protection (BanSabadell Seguros Generales product) – between 1 July and 30 September 2025, both included, with a maximum effective date of 15 October 2025 included, with a minimum annual premium of €300 or more.

The promotion consists of an incentive for taking out an insurance policy of one of the Promotional Products equivalent to two months of the total annual premium: (total annual premium/12) x 2.

To claim the incentive, you will need to apply for it by registering at www.sabadellsegurosypensiones.com/es/acciones/nuevos-clientes-julio-septiembre-2025 before 1 December 2025.

The incentive will be paid in a single deposit by bank transfer by the promoting entity, BanSabadell Vida and/or BanSabadell Seguros Generales, during December 2025 to the account from which the payment of the new insurance policies is made. The Incentive shall only be paid in the first insurance year.

Being paid the incentive is considered a capital gain for the taxpayer in Personal Income Tax or a benefit in Corporate Income Tax for the policyholder, and is not subject to withholding.

1. All POS terminals are products of Paycomet, S.L.U., a company of the Banco Sabadell Group. 2. The requirement established in the agreement will not apply for the first 6 months of contracting the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account. From the seventh month, there must be a minimum deposit of €3000 per month. This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account. Income from accounts opened with the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder are excluded.

3. InstantCredit is the digital consumer finance solution for goods and services offered by Sabadell Consumer Finance, S.A.U. 5. During the first 6 months of the Sabadell Business Account, the requirements set out in the contract will not apply. From the 7th month onwards, you must have a salary or regular monthly income of at least €700 deposited in the account, excluding income from accounts opened with Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder. If this condition is not met for two months prior to the quarterly settlement, the Sabadell Business Account will become a Relación Account.

Likewise, during the first 6 months the maintenance fee will be €0. From the 7th month onwards, the annual maintenance fee for the account will be €100 (€25/quarter). Account return: 0% NIR. APR: -3.940%, based on a representative example of an average annual balance of €2,500.

Full maintenance fee waiver (0% NIR and 0% APR) if during the quarter:

6. Depending on your account type, some of your cards may not have an issuing or maintenance fee: 

•    Business Debit Card: free for customers with the Sabadell Negocios Account, Sabadell Negocios Plus Account or Sabadell Empresas Account. 

If it is not available, the maintenance fee will be €30/year. 

•    Business Card: free for customers with the Sabadell Negocios Account. If it is not available, the maintenance fee will be €40/year. 

•    Business Platinum Card: free for customers with the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account. If it is not available, the maintenance fee will be €70/year. 

•    For other accounts, ask an account manager about the terms and conditions.  

7. Coverages and services subject to the terms, coverage, limitations and exclusions set out in the general, particular and, if applicable, special insurance conditions. 8. The granting of the loan, its amount and the repayment period for each transaction requested shall be determined by and contingent on the bank’s risk criteria. 

a No account management or maintenance fees. Pprofitability that may change depending on market conditions. Now, a profitability of 2% APR per annum for an average joint balance of up to €20,000 of the Sabadell Online Self-Employed Acount and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the same account holders linked to it. Representative example of remuneration in one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €20,000: 2% NIR per annum, 2.018% APR, €400 in interest settled in the year. Settlement on a monthly basis and credited to the Sabadell Online Self-Employed Acount on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it).

b Payment of €30/quarter for activating a Sabadell Self-employed Online Account for business purposes and having your contributions as a self-employed worker paid by direct debit during that period (includes the self-employed under the Special System for Self-Employed Agrarian Workers and the self-employed under the Special Scheme for Sea Workers). The payment will be settled within the first 15 days following the end of the quarter and subject to the current tax legislation.
