TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE More is More PROMOTION
(from 02 September 2019 to 31 December 2019)
Auto
- Sponsor and Agency: the organiser of this promotion is Zurich Insurance PLC, branch in Spain, holder of NIF W0072130H and registered office in calle Agustín de Foxá, 28036, Madrid (hereinafter, “sponsor”). The sponsor has engaged the services of Plan & Ahorra Marketing, S.L. (hereinafter PYA Marketing or the “agency”), with registered offices in Avenida de la Industria, 6. 28108 Alcobendas - Madrid, holder of CIF B-86650751 and email address info@100esmas.com to manage the execution of the promotion.
- Participants: Customers of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. who are natural or legal persons, of legal age and resident in Spanish territory who purchase via BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., Life Care insurance and Auto Protection during the promotional period (hereinafter, the “participants”) are eligible to take part in this promotion.

- Promotional Period: the promotion will begin on 1 May 2022 and will end on 30 June 2022, both inclusive, for new contracts of Sabadell Blink Home insurance (hereinafter, the “Promotional Period”).
- Participants: customers of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. may take part in and benefit from this promotion, if they are natural persons or legal entities, of legal age and regularly resident in Spanish territory, who, through BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A. The insurance policyholder, as a user of the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100, programme, will be able to benefit from a cashback of their supermarket expenses made in any establishment throughout Spain in the following way: - The User can request a cashback of an equivalent of 10% of the amount spent in supermarkets with a maximum amount of €100 per year (maximum amount of €8.33 per month).
- With regards to supermarket expenses, cashbacks will only be given for purchases of products from supermarkets, and not for other products or additional services included in the receipts/bills, such as: shipping, preparation, household appliances or general products.
- Each User may request a monthly cashback (provided that the amount to be refunded does not exceed €8.33), as long as they are registered in the beneficiary policy and the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100 programme. The cashback cannot be accumulated from one month to another, therefore, if the cashback is not requested for one month, the right to claim it will expire.
- The services provided will be carried out per number of policies contracted. Therefore, the same User will be entitled to a monthly cashback per policy contracted through Banco Sabadell, which is linked to the Welcome Plan - Supermarket 100 programme.
- To receive the incentive, the User must fill in the cashback request form which can be found on the programme’s page: supermercado100.planbienvenida.com and send it along with the receipts/bills, as they prefer, through either:
- Through the online application form available on the programme's website, or by email: info@planbienvenida.com
- The data which the User must provide on the cashback form is:
- First name and Surname(s)
- Policy No.
- ID card No.
- IBAN (International Bank Account Number – 24 digits) of the bank account, for the purpose of receiving the promotional incentive
- The cashback form has no cash value option, and no cash alternatives will be offered. No exchanges or cashbacks will be offered on the form.
- Other conditions:
- Cashback requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days on the date of the receipt/bill maximum.
