Legal conditions
* Promotion valid for new policies with new insured persons whose effective date is between 01/04/2026 and 01/06/2026 and applied for from 23 March 2026. The promotion consists of a 50% discount on the net premium for the first three months exclusively of the first one-year period of the Sabadell Health Protection or Sabadell Self-Employed Health Protection policy and shall be applied directly to the net premium of each insurance bill during those months.
 The 50% discount shall be applied to the amount resulting from the monthly premium once all the previous discounts derived from the contracting mode, payment method or other commercial conditions of the product have been made, when applicable. For the rest of the payment methods (quarterly, half-yearly and annual), the 50% discount for the first three months shall be applied to the amount of the first bill of the policy, calculated from the amount resulting from the quarterly, half-yearly or annual premium (depending on the payment method chosen) once all the previous discounts arising from the contracting mode have been made arising from the payment method or other commercial conditions of the product, when applicable. A new insured party is a person who has not been insured under another Sanitas policy in the 6 months immediately prior to the date of activating the new policy. The discount shall be applied only to the premium of the main product and will not be applicable to optional or additional coverage that may be contracted and without considering the surcharge of the Insurance Compensation Consortium. Premiums may vary depending on the insured's place of residence and shall be subject to the Insurance Compensation Consortium surcharge, as well as the legally applicable surcharges, which are not part of the promotional discount. Sanitas reserves the right to verify compliance with the established requirements and not to apply or withdraw the promotion if a breach or error is detected in the contracting. 1. Free video consultation applicable to all individual and self-employed policyholders of the Sabadell Health Protection products, which will include video consultation for all medical specialities that can be attended in this way and it will be included in the policy during its entire validity period unless otherwise communicated by Sanitas.

2. The following white goods are covered: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/fridge-freezer, freezer, tumble dryer for domestic use, electric hob, ceramic hob, induction hob, extractor hood, wine coolers and oven.

3. Services offered by HomeServe Asistencia Spain, S.A.U. to Home Protection customers of BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. View the list of jobs included and excluded in this service in the general conditions of the insurance. Services subject to the conditions of the supplier. BanSabadell Seguros Generales reserves the right to modify or cancel the service agreed with HomeServe.
This service can be activated once a year in the Basic Home P. scheme and twice in the Home P. scheme.
The service only includes the use of small materials such as silicone or screws, nuts and bolts. The materials necessary to carry out the work must be provided and paid for by the insured.

4.  The additional medical services are not part of the life insurance policy, and are provided by Teladoc Health International, S. A. U. or another entity of a similar kind, provided that the insurance policy is in effect. BanSabadell Vida, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros reserves the right to cancel or modify these services, which are intended to provide general health information. On no account will Teladoc perform a diagnosis or recommend treatment. The recommendations obtained from these services are based on information provided by the customer and are absolutely not a substitute for a visit to a doctor.
