What are the advantages?

Extensive coverages: with coverage both during and outside your working hours without having to be discharged from hospital to receive your pay-out.

Easy payment: you decide if you want to pay for it on a yearly, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly basis.

You can choose pay-outs of €30, €50, €75 or €100 per day. What's more, you have the option to take out hospitalisation coverage, which doubles the payout you receive for the days you are hospitalised.³

Coverage subject to the terms, coverage, limitations and exclusions set out in the general, particular and, if applicable, special insurance conditions.

1. DKV Seguros can request complementary documentation if necessary.

2. Applications for Self-Employed Subsidy Protection Insurance that were simulated and received by DKV Seguros between 01/10/2023 and 30/01/2024 will be considered as part of this campaign, provided that the effective date of the policy is between 02/10/2023 and 31/01/2024. They will benefit from a policy discount on their net annual premium for 4 years after applying the corresponding increases to the insured or policyholder's premium according to the insured's age, as well as any possible changes in the insured's professional activity. The discounts to be applied are: A 15% on the premium in effect in the 1st year and a 10% on the premium in effect in the 2nd year. A 5% on the premium in effect in the 3rd year and a 5% on the premium in effect in the 4th year.

3. Compensation is paid out for each day that the insured is hospitalised for a condition covered by the insurance that requires admission to hospital of over 24 hours and up to a maximum of 365 days.

Self-Employed Subsidy Protection is a commercial name of the product that DKV Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.E. markets under the brand name DKV Renta, with its own specifications and technical notes of the same product that are available to the public at the insurer's registered offices and whose prior information document of the insurance product and its general conditions can be seen on DKV's website.
