Banco Sabadell Smart POS terminal

1. All POS terminals are products of PAYCOMET, S.L.U. and are marketed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Paycomet is a Payment Institution belonging to the Banco Sabadell Group, with registered office in Torrelodones (Madrid), Calle Camino de Valladolid, 2, local, registered in the Madrid Companies Registry, Volume 40,715, Folio 165, Sheet M-722.484, holder of Tax ID No. B95842522. Paycomet safeguards the funds received from users by depositing them in a separate account opened with Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Banco de Sabadell, S.A. will have access to data relating to the type of POS terminal, its status and billing in its capacity as distributor of Paycomet, S.L.U.

2. For the first 6 months, there will be no POS terminal maintenance fee with the Sabadell Negocios Account, Sabadell Negocios Plus Account, and Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account, and the exemption will continue to apply from the seventh month if you carry out 20 or more transactions per month or generate a monthly billing of €4,000 or more. Otherwise, from the 7th month onwards, the maintenance fee for the Smart Dual Screen POS terminal shall be €9 per month, the Smart POS terminal shall be €9 per month, the Smart Phone & Sell POS shall be €9 per month, the Smart Mini POS shall be €7 per month, the Dataphone POS terminal shall be €6 per month and the SoftPOS Mobile POS terminal shall be €2 per month. There will be a maintenance fee for additional POS terminals of €5 per month (includes Smart Dual Screen, Smart, Smart Mini, and Dataphone POS terminals), and the fee for SoftPos Mobile POS terminals will be €2 per month. The Virtual POS terminal is excluded from the promotion, which has no maintenance fee if you perform 20 or more transactions per month or if you have a turnover equal to or greater than €4,000 per month (otherwise, a monthly maintenance fee of €9 shall be charged). VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly POS terminal maintenance fee, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.

3. The transaction fee of 0.20% will apply for all domestic personal cards, with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Personal cards issued in the EU will be charged a fee of 0.40%, with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Business cards issued in this country will incur a 0.80% fee with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. EU business cards, non-EU personal cards, JCB, CUP and Diners/Discover cards incur a 1.80% + €0.39 fee, with a minimum fee of €0.46 per transaction. Business cards issued outside the EU will incur a fee of 2.20% + €0.39 with a minimum of €0.46 per transaction. B2B cards incur a 2.95% transaction fee. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from this offer and are subject to specific fees. Specific prices apply to virtual devices.
