Death Protection renewal premium is an insurance policy from the insurers Meridiano S.A. Compañía Española de Seguros and BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros on a co-insurance basis, with each of them underwriting 50% of the co-insurance.

1. Guarantee included exclusively in the Premium package. There is a sub-limit for mobile telephony, tablets, fixed computers and laptops as long as the content is secured.

2. Protection against illegal occupation: in the event of an unlawful occupation, it covers compensation for legal defence expenses related to claims for illegal occupation of the property, compensation for accommodation expenses, utility costs and loss of rent; it also covers damage arising from the illegal occupation. Coverage is active when you are the owner, usufructuary or landlord of the property and you insure the building. The maximum coverage limits are specified in the particular conditions.

3. The following white goods are covered: washing machine against an electrical or electronic mechanical breakdown, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, standalone freezer, household dryer, electric hob, ceramic hob, induction hob, extractor hood, wine coolers, and oven. The maximum coverage limits are set out in the particular conditions.

4. Services offered by HomeServe Asistencia Spain, S.A.U. to customers of BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. View the list of jobs included and excluded in this service in the general conditions of the insurance. Services subject to the conditions of the supplier. BanSabadell Seguros Generales reserves the right to modify or cancel the service agreed with HomeServe.
This service can be activated once a year in the Home package, twice a year in the Plus package and four times a year in the Premium package.
The service only includes the use of small materials such as silicone or screws, nuts and bolts. The materials necessary to carry out the work must be provided and paid for by the insured.

5. Free video consultation applicable to all individual and self-employed insured parties of the Sabadell Health Protection products, which will include video consultation for all medical specialties that can be provided in this way and will be included in the policy for its entire effective term unless informed otherwise by Sanitas.

6. The additional medical services are not part of the insurance and are provided by Teladoc Health International, S. A. U. or another entity of a similar kind, provided that the insurance policy is in effect.
