1. This service is offered by HOMESERVE ASISTENCIA SPAIN S.A.U. for clients of Home Protection from BanSabadell Seguros Generales. Services subject to the conditions of the supplier. BanSabadell Seguros Generales reserves the right to modify or cancel the service agreed with HomeServe. The service only includes the use of small materials (silicone and screws). The materials necessary to carry out the work must be provided and paid for by the insured person. This service can be activated once a year.
The following repairs are not covered: Installation of lamps, wall or ceiling lights that require a new light point, installation of halogens, change of sockets, plugs and switches that require manipulation of electrical wiring, installation of ceramic hob sockets, repair of blinds (including change of tape and slats) with cord, crank or electric mechanism, built-in drawer and metal shutters, installation of skirting boards, installation or replacement of glass, covering of coves, interior door locks, friction in windows or doors, cleaning of filters and drains of electrical appliances, metal welding. Everything related to access doors to the home (locks, latches, locks, handles...).
2. Basic Home Protection policy enables you to add optional jewellery coverage of up to €6,000, provided that you have taken out the contents insurance. Not available to tenants.
