- How can I contract the Distance Banking service?
Contact your local branch office and the staff there will register you for the service free of charge and provide you with your password for consulting and operating all your accounts. And, if you prefer, you can request the service through our telebanking service (902 323 000) or online, through the section Products > Distance banking.
- How can I change my password?
If you wish to chang/cusomise your password, you can do so using the menu option "View all options / Personalization" operating area services.
We recommend that you change your password regularly in order to ensure its confidentiality.
- How can I consult/operate my account if I can’t drop into a branch?
There are Distance Banking services at your disposal, through which you can consult and operate your account with your telebanking and online banking services. To do so, all you have to do is contract the Distance Banking service and you will automatically have access to all your accounts.
