** Banco Sabadell, S.A. serves as the marketer of the renting service offered by Soluciones de Renting y Movilidad, S.L.U. (CIF B60854932, Ctra. Pozuelo, num. 32, 28220, Majadahonda), which is the company that will formalise and manage the contract.

I. During the first 12 months holding the Sabadell Negocios Account, the requirement established in the contract will not apply (0 % APR, 0 % NIR). From the 13th month onwards, you will only need to have your salary or regular monthly income of a minimum amount of €700 deposited directly into your account, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder. If the requirement of a regular monthly income of €700 in the first two months is not met before the quarterly settlement, the Sabadell Negocios Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

The maintenance fee for the first 12 months will be €0. From the 13th month, the maintenance fee of the Sabadell Negocios Account will be €140 per annum, which will be settled on a quarterly basis (€35 per quarter). Account profitability: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR). Annual Percentage Rate (APR): -2.771%, example: if an average balance of €5,000 is maintained for 1 year.

The entire maintenance fee is waived (account profitability of 0% NIR and 0% APR) if during the settled period:

• The account holder has taken out through the bank and brokered through BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., Tax ID A-03424223, one of the following insurance policies: Car Protection, Business Premises and Office Protection, Business Protection, Self-Employment Income Protection, Life Protection, SME Life Protection, SME Health Protection, Civil Liability or Professional Civil Liability.
• Or, if in the last three months, the account holder has carried out at least 60 purchase transactions with the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) contracted with or through the Bank, or has billed at least €6,000 with the POS terminal contracted with or through the Bank.

Waiver of 50% the maintenance fee (profitability of the account of 0% NIR and -1.393% APR: example if an average balance of €5,000 is maintained for one year) if, during the last three months, the following condition is fulfilled by the merchant, business or company: the account is debited six times to pay wages and salaries, taxes or social insurance contributions.

II. The requirement established in the contract will not apply for the first 12 months of contracting the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account (0 % APR, 0 % NIR). From the 13th month, there must be a minimum deposit of €3000 per month. This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account. Income from accounts opened with the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder are excluded.

III. The POS terminals are products of Paycomet, S.L.U. and marketed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Paycomet is a Payment Entity, part of the Banco Sabadell Group, with registered office in Torrelodones (Madrid) at Calle Camino de Valladolid 2, Local, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 40,715, Folio 165, Page M-722,484, holder of Tax ID No. B95842522. Paycomet holds the funds received by users for safekeeping by depositing them in a separate account opened with Banco de Sabadell, S.A.

IV. The transaction fee of 0.20% will apply for all domestic personal cards, with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Personal cards issued in the EU will be charged a fee of 0.40%, with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Business cards issued in this country will incur a 0.80% fee with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. EU business cards, non-EU personal cards, JCB, CUP and Diners/Discover cards incur a 1.80% + €0.39 fee, with a minimum fee of €0.46 per transaction. Business cards issued outside the EU will incur a fee of 2.20% + €0.39 with a minimum of €0.46 per transaction. B2B cards incur a 2.95% transaction fee. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from this offer and are subject to specific fees. Specific prices apply to virtual devices. V. For the first 6 months, there will be no maintenance fee for the POS terminal with the Sabadell Online Account, Sabadell Negocios Account or Sabadell Negocios Plus Account, except for Virtual POS and Smartphone & Sell POS terminals, which have no maintenance fee if you carry out 20 or more transactions per month or generate monthly billing totalling €4,000 or more (otherwise, a monthly €9 maintenance fee will apply to both types). From the 7th month, the maintenance fee of the Smart Dual Screen POS terminal shall be €9 per month, for the Smart POS terminal it shall be €9 per month, for the Smart Mini POS terminal, €7 per month, for the Dataphone POS terminal, €6 per month and for the SoftPOS Mobile POS terminal, €2 per month. There will be a maintenance fee for additional POS terminals of €5 per month (includes Smart Dual Screen, Smart, Smart Mini, and Dataphone POS terminals), and the fee for SoftPos Mobile POS terminals will be €2 per month. VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly POS terminal maintenance fee, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.
