Sabadell Negocios Plus Account and Sabadell Negocios Account

Offer valid until 30/06/2024, exclusively for new Banco Sabadell customers that are self-employed workers, retailers, and small businesses, registered with the bank between 01/01/2024 and 30/06/2024.

1. The requirement established in the contract will not apply during the first 6 months of holding a Sabadell Negocios Account. From the seventh month, there must be a minimum deposit of 700 euros per month. This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Negocios Account will automatically become a Relación Account. Income from accounts opened with the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder are excluded.

The account maintenance fee is 100 euros per annum, which is settled quarterly (25 euros per quarter). -Account profitability: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR), Annual Percentage Rate (APR): -3.940%. Example: if an average balance of 2,500 euros is maintained for 1 year.

The maintenance fee is fully waived (profitability of the account of 0% NIR and 0% APR) if during the settled period:

-The account holder has engaged through the Bank and brokered through BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., Tax ID A-03424223, one of the following insurance policies: Autos Protection, Business Premises and Office Protection, Business Protection, Self-Employment Subsidy Protection, Life Protection, SME Life Protection, SME Health Protection, Civil Liability or Professional Civil Liability. Insurance policies are brokered by BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., Tax ID A03424223, and registered address at avda. Óscar Esplá, 37, 03007 Alicante, registered in the Mercantile Register of Alicante and in the Administrative Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Distributors of the DGSyFP, code no. OV-0004, acting for DKV Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.E. and Sanitas, S. A. de Seguros, and carries Civil Liability Insurance pursuant to the provisions of the regulations on the distribution of private insurance and reinsurance in effect at all times. You can view a list of the insurance companies with which BanSabadell Mediación has signed insurance agency contracts at http://www.bancosabadell.com/bsmediacion.

-Or, if in the last three months, the account holder has carried out at least 60 purchase transactions with the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) contracted with or through the bank, or has invoiced at least 6,000 euros with the POS terminal contracted with or through the bank.

Reimbursement of half the maintenance fee (account profitability: 0% NIR and -1.9850% APR. Example: if an average balance of 2,500 euros is maintained for 1 year), if met, during the previous 3 months, the following conditions by the merchant, business or company:

- Having 6 debit entries for payroll, tax or social security payments debited from the account.

2. The requirement established in the contract will not apply during the first 6 months of holding a Business Plus Sabadell Account, so the account will not have maintenance fees (profitability of the account of 0% NIR and 0% APR). From the seventh month, there must be a minimum deposit of €3,000 per month. This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically be converted into a Relationship Account. Income from accounts opened with the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder are excluded. 

3. The granting, amount and term of each transaction requested will be determined by and subject to the Bank's risk criteria. The minimum amount of the Online Payments Facility will be €3,000 and the maximum amount will be €50,000. It will be available for 1 year, which can be extended up to a maximum of 5 years. For the Online Payments Facility: Interest rate: 0.00%. Drawdowns are interest-free and are repaid monthly. For the Online Payments facility: Interest rate: 0.00%. APR from 6.29% to 11.05%. Arrangement fee: 0%. Assessment Fee: 0%. Drawdowns are interest-free and are repaid monthly.
   Examples of calculation where the first drawdown is on 20/09/2023: APR 6.29% for a drawdown of €3,000 to be repaid in 1 month with a drawdown fee of 0.5% (no minimum), a single instalment of €3,000; total amount payable: €3,015, total cost of credit: €15. APR 9.53% for a drawdown of €3,000 to be repaid in 3 months with a drawdown fee of 1.5% (no minimum), three instalments of €1,000; total amount payable: €3,045, total cost of credit: €45. APR 11.05% for a drawdown of €3,000 to be repaid in 6 months with a drawdown fee of 3% (no minimum), six instalments of €500; total amount payable: €3,090, total cost of credit: €90.

4. During the first 6 months of contracting the POS, no operation commission or maintenance fee will be applicable. JCB, CUP, Diners/Discover and Mastercard B2B cards belonging to the GWTTP program are excluded from this promotion, as well as transactions made with Alipay or Bizum payment systems. Offer not applicable to virtual POS terminals or to commercial chains and businesses with a semi-annual turnover of more than 60,000 euros. From the seventh month or after billing has been exceeded, for all national and European private cards, the percentage of 0.40% will be applied with a minimum of €0.07 commission per operation. National company cards will have a commission of 0.80% with a minimum of €0.07 per operation. European business cards and cards from outside Europe (individual and business), JCB, CUP and Diners/Discover will have a commission of 1.80% + €0.39, with a minimum commission per transaction of 0. €46. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from these prices and have their own rates. Operations carried out through Bizum will have a commission of 0.40% with a minimum price of €0.15 per operation. Rate not applicable to virtual POS; consult their specific conditions. B2B MasterCard cards belonging to the GWTTP program have a transaction fee of 2.95%. During the first 6 months, the POS maintenance fee will be exempt. Starting from the seventh month, the POS maintenance fee to be applied will be 6 euros per month. Offer applicable for contracting a POS, either in its dataphone POS modality, or the Smart Phone&Sell POS. Consult conditions for additional POS terminals.

Flat rate for all types of businesses up to €240,000 in annual billing, except for Virtual POS which has specific rates depending on billing. Consult with your manager. Excess billing will be charged at 1.10%. It includes only 1 free POS per business. Additional POS terminals will have a maintenance fee of €3/month. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from these prices and have their own rates.

5. CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L.U. is the entity that provides the client retention service of the Business Channel, which encompasses the legal advisory service by telephone, as well as handling discounts and benefits. The legal advice by telephone covers tax, labour, commercial, civil, family, property, criminal, consumer and administrative matters. The discounts and benefits are aimed at the professional activity of Business Channel members, as well as leisure and discounts on leading brands for personal use. The aforementioned services are provided directly by CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L.U. or by its third-party associates in accordance with the terms and conditions established at any given time, without any involvement or responsibility whatsoever on the part of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. The bank disclaims liability for any incident and/or circumstance deriving from or related to the provision of the services, which, in any case, are subject to the current agreements signed between the bank and CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES. The legal advice telephone service will not cover questions or possible incidents in the client’s activity which may affect their relationships with companies in the Banco Sabadell group, subsidiaries or investees. The service fee per annum for the Sabadell Business Account, regardless of its use, is as follows: the first year's instalment is zero. The cost per annum from the second year is €40 + VAT, except in the case of franchises and professional groups with a Banco Sabadell agreement, in which case the annual instalment for the service is €20 + VAT.
