The card can only available at branches in the Valencian Community.
Young people aged between 14 and 30 are eligible to apply for the card. The Institut Valencià de la Joventut (IVAJ) charges a fee of €8.40 every two years which is charged to your account when applying. Banco Sabadell charges no fee for issuing the card. Offer applicable to the Community of Valencia.
