Insurance subject to the conditions, coverages, insured amounts, limits and exclusions set out in the General and Particular Conditions of the policy.

* Promotion valid for new policies with new insured persons whose effective date is between 01/04/2026 and 01/06/2026 and applied for from 23 March 2026. The promotion consists of a 50% discount on the net premium for the first three months exclusively of the first one-year period of the Sabadell Health Protection or Sabadell Self-Employed Health Protection policy and shall be applied directly to the net premium of each insurance bill during those months. The 50% discount shall be applied to the amount resulting from the monthly premium once all the previous discounts derived from the contracting mode, payment method or other commercial conditions of the product have been made, when applicable. For the rest of the payment methods (quarterly, half-yearly and annual), the 50% discount for the first three months shall be applied to the amount of the first bill of the policy, calculated from the amount resulting from the quarterly, half-yearly or annual premium (depending on the payment method chosen) once all the previous discounts arising from the contracting mode have been made arising from the payment method or other commercial conditions of the product, when applicable. A new insured party is a person who has not been insured under another Sanitas policy in the 6 months immediately prior to the date of activating the new policy. The discount shall be applied only to the premium of the main product and will not be applicable to optional or additional coverage that may be contracted and without considering the surcharge of the Insurance Compensation Consortium. Premiums may vary depending on the insured's place of residence and shall be subject to the Insurance Compensation Consortium surcharge, as well as the legally applicable surcharges, which are not part of the promotional discount. Sanitas reserves the right to verify compliance with the established requirements and not to apply or withdraw the promotion if a breach or error is detected in the contracting. 1. Applies to all insured persons of Sabadell Health Protection products in the ‘with co-payment’, ‘without co-payment’, or ‘with cashback’ options, as well as to Sabadell Health Protection for the Self-Employed in both the ‘with co-payment’ and ‘without co-payment’ options. These policyholders will have access to video consultations for all medical specialties that can be provided via this service.

2. Deliveries from the pharmacy to your home within a maximum of 3 hours. There are six services per insured person/year.

3. Blood and urine tests with a doctor’s prescription. Two services per insured person/year. If a non-contracted laboratory is used, 100% reimbursement, up to a maximum of €60 for the travel of laboratory staff and €200 for the provision of the home analysis service.
