How do I add an account from a different bank?

You always have the option visible to add your accounts held at different banks. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and search for the bank whose account you want to add. Then, identify yourself with the login data to the online banking of the bank you want to add.

I have added an account, but the transactions are not updating. What can I do?

The connection with other banks is carried out in the early hours of the morning. If you log in after 3 am, we make a new information request to retrieve any new transactions you may have. This process may take several minutes; it will depend on the amount of information that the bank updates for you.

If I find a transaction that has been incorrectly categorised, can I change the category?

Yes. Click on the transaction category and a list of categories will appear so that you can select the most appropriate one.

Can I use Your Finances in all web browsers?

Yes, except for the Internet Explorer 11 browser.
