2. Click on the information icon of your account and share your IBAN with your employer.

You can set up direct debit for your bills on our website. Go to the menu Accounts > Debits > Set up direct debits and follow these steps:
  1. Choose which Banco Sabadell account you want to direct debit your bills from.
  2. Download the PDF of the application form, fill in all the information and sign the document.
  3. Upload the duly completed document to the platform.
  4. And finally, add the bills you wish to have paid by direct debit and fill in the details requested.

It's a banking service that allows you to receive your salary directly into your account automatically each month. It's a safe and convenient way to manage your income without having to go to the bank or use checks.

Is it safe to deposit my salary online?

What requirements must I meet to have my salary deposited into Banco Sabadell?

Any Banco Sabadell customer with a bank account can have their salary deposited directly into the bank. The main requirement is to have a Banco Sabadell account and provide the IBAN number of that account to your paying company to complete the process.

How do I direct deposit my salary for the first time or change banks?

The process is the same whether it's your first time direct depositing your salary or switching from another bank. Follow these steps:
  • Via the app:
    1. Log in to the Banco Sabadell app.
    2. Click on your account information icon to see your IBAN number.
    3. Share this IBAN number with your company.
  • With a form:
    1. If you prefer, you can download and fill out the change of direct deposit form.
    2. Once completed, submit it to your company.

How long does the salary direct deposit process take?

The process of communicating your data to the company through the app or form is immediate. However, the time it takes for the change in your monthly income to become effective will depend on your company's salary management and closing cycles.

Can I also direct debit my bills?

Yes, you can also set up direct debit payments completely online by following these steps:
  1. Choose the account you want to direct debit from, download the application, and sign it.
  2. Start the direct debit by scanning the documents.
  3. Attach them, send them, and that's it.

1 The granting of the credit card is subject to the Bank's risk criteria and its approval, after the relevant risk and viability assessment has been carried out.

2 Withdraw cash by debiting your balance free of charge at Banco Sabadell ATMs in Spain using your debit card, regardless of the amount. It is also free if you withdraw an amount equal to or greater than €60 at the ATMs of the main banks belonging to the EURO 6000 network: Abanca, Ibercaja, Kutxabank, Unicaja Banco, Caixa Ontinyent and Colonya Caixa Pollença.

* Promotion valid from 01/04/2026 to 30/06/2026, which includes a new direct salary payment of at least €1,000 into the Account and have Bizum linked to that account:

a) To be eligible for this incentive of €400, Bizum must be linked to the account and your salary must be paid into the account for 12 consecutive months and on the day when the incentive is credited. The incentive shall be credited monthly (€33.34 gross/month, €400.08 gross/year) for 12 months.

b) Furthermore, you can benefit from the monthly 10% cashback on the amount of the purchases made with Bizum in the previous month, with a maximum of €15/month (€12.15 net), for 1 year. To be eligible for this incentive, Bizum must be linked to the account and your salary must be paid into the same account for 12 consecutive months and on the day on which the incentive is credited.
