1. The POS terminals are products of Paycomet, S.L.U. and marketed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Paycomet is a Payment Entity, part of the Banco Sabadell Group, with registered office in Torrelodones (Madrid) at Calle Camino de Valladolid 2, local, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 40,715, Folio 165, Page M-722,484, holder of Tax ID No. B95842522. Paycomet holds the funds received by users for safekeeping by depositing them in a separate account opened with Banco de Sabadell, S.A.

2. Product subject to risk acceptance. The granting, amount and term of each transaction requested will be determined by and subject to the Bank's risk criteria.​​​​​​​

3. Product subject to risk acceptance. The granting of the loan, its amount and the repayment period for each transaction requested shall be determined by and contingent on the bank’s risk criteria. The minimum amount for the line is €3,000, and the maximum will be €50,000. It shall be available for one year, which can be extended for up to a maximum of five years.​​​​​​​

4. Profitability: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR), 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). To open a Sabadell Business Plus Account, you only need to receive by direct deposit a salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €3,000 per month (excluding deposits from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder). If that requirement is not met by the second month, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

5. Coverage and services subject to the terms, coverage, limitations and exclusions established in the general and particular conditions of each insurance policy.

Business Premises and Office Protection is an insurance of BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, with Tax ID A64194590 and registered office at c/ Isabel Colbrand number 22, 28050 Madrid, Spain, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid and in the DGSyFP under code C-0767. Protección Subsidio Autónomo (Self-Employed Income Protection) is a commercial name of the product that DKV Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A.E. markets under the brand name DKV Renta, with its own specifications and technical notes of the same product that are available to the public at the insurer's registered offices.
