1 The granting, amount and term of each transaction requested will be determined by and subject to the Bank’s risk criteria. The minimum amount of the Online Payment Line will be €3,000 and the maximum €50,000. It will be available for 1 year, which can be extended for up to a maximum of 5 years.

3 Business Premises and Office Protection is an insurance of BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, with Tax ID A64194590 and registered office at c/ Isabel Colbrand number 22, 28050, Madrid, Spain, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid and in the Register of Insurance Companies of the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds under code C-0767.

The insurance is brokered by BanSabadell Mediación, a banking-insurance operator linked to Banco Sabadell Group S.A. (‘BanSabadell Mediación’) and marketed through the network of Banco de Sabadell S.A., with which it has signed an agreement for the benefit of distribution network services. BanSabadell Mediación registered address is Avda. Oscar Esplá, 37, Alicante, Tax ID A034223 and it is registered in the Merc. Reg. of Alicante, and in the Administrative Register of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds of the DGSyFP under code number OV-0004, acting on behalf of BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, BanSabadell Vida S.A., Sanitas Sociedad Anónima de Seguros y DKV Seguros y Reaseguros S.A.E., and carries Civil Liability Insurance pursuant to the provisions of the regulation on the distribution of private insurance and reinsurance in effect at any given time.

4 The requirement established in the contract will not apply during the first six months of holding a Sabadell Negocios Account. From the seventh month onwards you’ll only need to have your salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €700 deposited directly into your account, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell Group in the name of the same account holder. If the requirement of a regular monthly income of €700 in the first two months is not met before the quarterly settlement, the Sabadell Business Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

5 During the first 6 months the maintenance fee will be 0 euros. From the seventh month onwards, the maintenance fee for the Sabadell Negocios account is €100 per annum, which will be settled quarterly (€25/quarter). Account profitability: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR). Annual Percentage Rate (APR): -3.940 %, example if an average balance of €2,500 is maintained for 1 year.

The entire maintenance fee is waived (account profitability of 0% NIR and 0% APR) if during the settled period:

· The account holder has taken out one of the following insurance policies through the Bank brokered by BanSabadell Mediación: Car Protection, Business Premises and Office Protection, Business Protection, Self-Employed Income Support Protection, Life Protection, SME Life Protection, SME Health Protection, Civil Liability or Professional Civil Liability.

· Or, if in the last three months, the account holder has carried out at least 60 purchase transactions with the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) contracted with or through the Bank, or has billed at least €6,000 with the POS terminal contracted with or through the Bank.

The maintenance fee is reduced by half (account profitability of 0% NIR and -1.9850% APR, e.g. if an average balance of €2,500 is maintained for 1 year) if the following condition is met during the last three months: 6 debit entries for salary, tax or social insurance payments are debited from the account by direct debit.

Banco de Sabadell, S.A. will access the data related to the type of POS terminal, its situation and billing in its capacity as the sale and marketing agent of Paycomet, S.L.U.
