2. Promotion open to new self-employed customers, merchants and companies with a turnover of up to €2M per annum in the Professional Services sector with any of the NCAE/NCO codes set out in the
- €0 fee/expenses for issuing SEPA CORE bills for a 12-month period from the issuing of the first bill and up to a maximum of 6,000 bills. From then on, the conditions to be applied for issuing bills shall be the standard conditions of the product or those that apply according to the type of account or collective agreement with Banco Sabadell.
- The sending of SEPA CORE direct debits free of charge will be exclusively during the first year. From then on, the conditions to be applied for the issuance of bills will be the standard conditions of the product or those that apply according to the type of account or collective bargaining agreement with Banco Sabadell.
3. Reimbursement of 100% of your first year's membership fee exclusively for the self-employed, businesses and companies if you are a member of a professional association with a signed agreement with Banco Sabadell and provided the fee is direct debited from the Banco Sabadell Business Plus account (up to a maximum of €200). The payment will accrue over a single year for subscriptions paid in the first 12 months, counting from and including the month in which you open the account. The payment will go into your account in the month after the first 12 months.
4. This payment is in consideration for your activity as an ASSOCIATE of Banco Sabadell. The validity period of this promotion ends on 06/07/2026, and shall in any case be subject to validity of the collaboration agreement between the bank and the ASSOCIATE. Communities of Property Owners are excluded.
5. Product subject to risk acceptance. The granting, amount and term of each transaction requested will be determined by and subject to the Bank's risk criteria.
6. All the POS terminals are products of Paycomet, S.L.U., a company of the Banco Sabadell group. Paycomet is a Payment Entity, part of the Banco Sabadell Group, with registered office in Torrelodones (Madrid) at calle Camino de Valladolid 2, Local, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 40,715, Folio 165, Page M-722,484, holder of Tax ID No. B95842522. Paycomet holds the funds received by users for safekeeping by depositing them in a separate account opened with Banco de Sabadell, S.A.
7. For the first 6 months, there will be no POS terminal maintenance fee with the Sabadell Business Plus Account, and the exemption will continue to apply from the seventh month if you carry out 20 or more transactions per month or generate a monthly turnover of €4,000 or more. Otherwise, from the 7th month onwards, the maintenance fee for the Smart Dual Screen POS terminal shall be €9 per month, the Smart POS terminal shall be €9 per month, the Smart Phone & Sell POS shall be €9 per month, the Smart Mini POS shall be €7 per month, the Dataphone POS terminal shall be €6 per month and the SoftPOS Mobile POS terminal shall be €2 per month. There will be a maintenance fee for additional POS terminals of €5 per month (includes Smart Dual Screen, Smart, Smart Mini, and Dataphone POS terminals), and the fee for SoftPos Mobile POS terminals will be €2 per month. The Virtual POS terminal is excluded from the promotion, which has no maintenance fee if you perform 20 or more transactions per month or if you have a turnover equal to or greater than €4,000 per month (otherwise, a monthly maintenance fee of €9 shall be charged). VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly POS terminal maintenance fee, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.
