Legal terms and conditions
1. No account management or maintenance fees. Promotion valid for accounts opened between 10/04/2026 and 30/04/2026. 2% APR will be paid on up to a €50,000 average combined balance of the Sabadell Self-employed Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the account holders linked to it for personal or business purposes. Representative example of remuneration over one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €50,000: 2.001% NIR per annum, 2.019% APR, €1,000.46 in interest settled in the year. Settlement is paid on a monthly basis and is credited to the Sabadell Online Account on the 15th of the following month (or the first working day before it). After the second year, the current profitability conditions of the account will apply.

2. Promotion valid for the Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account for business purposes (the «Account») opened between 10/04/2026 and 30/04/2026. A quarterly payment of €70 for 12 months, in addition to the €30 Account contract incentive, conditional upon opening the Account and setting up the direct debit, before 30 June 2026, of the self-employed contribution (RETA) during that period. This also includes self-employed workers under the Special System for Self-Employed Farm Workers (SETA) and self-employed workers under the Special Scheme for Seafarers (RETM).

The first payment will be made within the first 15 days of July 2026. Subsequent payments will be credited quarterly within the first 15 days following the end of each quarter. These amounts will be subject to the tax regulations in force at any given time. Once this promotion ends, the €30 quarterly Account contract incentive will remain in effect.

3. The granting of the credit card limit is subject to passing the Bank’s risk criteria and its approval, after carrying out the corresponding risk and viability study.
