1 All the POS terminals are products of PAYCOMET S.L.U. and marketed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Paycomet is a Payment Entity, part of the Banco Sabadell Group, with registered office in (…), Local, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 40,715, Folio 165, Page M 722.484, holder of Tax ID. B95842522. Paycomet safeguards the funds received by users by depositing them in a separate account opened with Banco de Sabadell, S.A.

2 Return: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR), 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). The conditions of the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will apply if you meet the sole requirement of signing up for your first Dataphone POS terminal, Smart POS, Smart Dual Screen POS terminal, Smart Mini POS terminal or the Soft POS Mobile POS terminal. Those 3 | 13 CAD2024551604customers who had a POS terminal with active status on 1 September 2024 are excluded from the promotion. The foregoing conditions of the Sabadell Business Plus Account will be maintained as long as the POS terminal is used, which will be reviewed on a monthly basis. If this requirement is not met, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will then automatically only require a minimum monthly deposit of €3,000 (excluding deposits from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder). This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

3 No account management or maintenance fees. Indefinite profitability that may change depending on market conditions. Now, a profitability of 2% APR per annum for an average joint balance of up to €20,000 of the Sabadell Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the same account holders linked to it. Representative example of total remuneration in one year calculated for a joint average monthly balance of €20,000: 2% NIR per annum, 2.018% APR, €400 in interest settled in the year. Settlement on a monthly basis and credited to the Sabadell Online Account on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it). If, at the time of signing the contract you are already benefiting from a promotional offer, the latter's terms and conditions will remain the same until it expires.

4 This promotion is valid for all customers with a Sabadell Business Plus Account or Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account who sign up for a Dataphone POS terminal, Smart POS terminal, Smart Dual Screen POS terminal, Smart Mini POS or SoftPOS Mobile terminal between 2 September and 31 December 2024 and who did not have a Banco Sabadell POS terminal prior to 1 September 2024. The promotion will consist of:
  • €0 monthly maintenance fee on your first Smart POS, Smart Mini POS, Soft POS Mobile POS or Dataphone POS terminal.
  • Sabadell Negocios Plus Account with no eligibility requirements.
  • Bonus of €30 gross per quarter if the account holder bills a minimum of €6,000 per quarter with any POS terminal model contracted through the bank, up to a maximum bonus of €120 gross per annum.
The observation period of the POS terminal billing for the payment of the promotional bonus will start from 1 October or from the date of contracting the new POS terminal if this is later.

The offer is also valid for the Dual Screen POS terminal, with the exception of the maintenance fee, which for this terminal will be €18/month with the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account or the Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account. VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly POS terminal maintenance fee, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.

5 The transaction fee percentage of 0.25% will be applied for all individual cards issued in Spain, with a minimum of €0.02 per transaction. Personal cards issued in the EU will be charged a fee of 0.40% with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Domestic business cards will have a transaction fee of 0.80% a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Company cards issued in the EU, non-EU cards (private and company) and JCB and CUP cards are subject to a transaction fee of 1.80% + €0.39, with a minimum of €0.46 per transaction. Mastercard B2B cards under the GWTTP programme incur a transaction fee of 2.95%. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from this offer and are subject to specific fees.

6 CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L.U. is the entity that provides the client retention service of the Business Channel, which encompasses the legal advisory service by telephone, as well as handling discounts and benefits. The legal advice by telephone covers tax, labour, commercial, civil, family, property, criminal, consumer and administrative matters. The discounts and benefits are aimed at the professional activity of Business Channel members, as well as leisure and discounts on leading brands for personal use. The aforementioned services are provided directly by CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L.U. or by its third-party associates in accordance with the terms and conditions established at any given time, without any involvement or responsibility whatsoever on the part of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. The bank disclaims liability for any incident and/or circumstance deriving from or related to the provision of the services, which, in any case, are subject to the current agreements signed between the bank and CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, 4 | 13 CAD2024551604S.L.U. The legal advice telephone service will not cover questions or possible incidents in the client’s activity which may affect their relationships with companies in the Banco Sabadell Group, subsidiaries or investees. The annual fee for the service, regardless of its use, for the Sabadell Negocios Account is as follows: there is no fee for the first year; the annual cost from the second year is 40 euros + VAT or equivalent, except in the case of franchises and professional groups with Banco Sabadell agreement, in which case the annual fee for the service is 20 euros + VAT or equivalent.

7 Exclusive terms and conditions for businesses belonging to a group or franchise which has a signed agreement with Banco Sabadell. Ask your account manager which financial solution is offered for your group or franchise or call 900 500 170.

8 Commission-free cards for issue and maintenance will depend on the type of account you have:
  • Sabadell Negocios Account and Sabadell Online Account for the self-employed: free Business Mastercard debit card and Business Mastercard Gold credit card.
  • Sabadell Negocios Plus Account: free Business Mastercard debit card and Business Mastercard Gold credit card and Business Mastercard Platinum.
  • Sabadell Companies Account: up to three BS Mastercard debit cards and three Gold Business Mastercard credit cards or Gold Mastercard Corporate cards per account.
For other accounts, ask an account manager about the terms and conditions.

9 The granting, amount and term of each transaction requested will be determined by and subject to the Bank's risk criteria.

10 No account management or maintenance fees. For accounts opened between 15/11/2024 and 11/12/2024, the 12-month profitability will be 2.53% APR up to an average combined balance of €50,000 between the Sabadell Self-employed Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the account holders to be used as a personal account or business use (self-employed). Representative example of remuneration in one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €50,000: 2.5% NIR per annum, 2.53% APR, €1,250.04 in interest settled in the year. Settlement is paid on a monthly basis and is credited to the Sabadell Self-employed Online Account on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it). View the promotion’s legal terms and conditions here.

After the second year, the current profitability conditions of the account will apply.

11 Payment of €30/quarter for activating a Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account for business purposes and having your contributions as a self-employed worker paid by direct debit during that period (includes the self-employed under the Special System for Self-Employed Agrarian Workers and the self-employed under the Special Scheme for Sea Workers). The payment will be settled within the first 15 days following the end of the quarter and subject to the current tax legislation.
