1 Return: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR), 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). The terms and conditions of the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will be maintained for as long as the single requirement of depositing a minimum of 3,000 euros per month is met (excluding income from accounts opened with the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same holder). If that requirement is not met by the second month, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

2 CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L.U. is the entity that provides the client retention service of the Business Channel, which encompasses the legal advisory service by telephone, as well as handling discounts and benefits. The legal advice by telephone covers tax, labour, commercial, civil, family, property, criminal, consumer and administrative matters. The discounts and benefits are aimed at the professional activity of Business Channel members, as well as leisure and discounts on leading brands for personal use. The aforementioned services are provided directly by CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L.U. or by its third-party associates in accordance with the terms and conditions established at any given time, without any involvement or responsibility whatsoever on the part of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. The bank disclaims liability for any incident and/or circumstance deriving from or related to the provision of the services, which, in any case, are subject to the current agreements signed between the bank and CRISTALWARE CONSULTING SERVICES, 4 | 13 CAD2024551604S.L.U. The legal advice telephone service will not cover questions or possible incidents in the client’s activity which may affect their relationships with companies in the Banco Sabadell Group, subsidiaries or investees. The annual fee for the service, regardless of its use, for the Sabadell Negocios Account is as follows: there is no fee for the first year; the annual cost from the second year is 40 euros + VAT or equivalent, except in the case of franchises and professional groups with Banco Sabadell agreement, in which case the annual fee for the service is 20 euros + VAT or equivalent.

3 Exclusive terms and conditions for businesses belonging to a group or franchise which has a signed agreement with Banco Sabadell. Ask your account manager which financial solution is offered for your group or franchise or call 900 500 170.

4 Depending on your account type, some of your cards may not have an issue or maintenance fee:
  • Sabadell Negocios Account and Sabadell Online Account for the self-employed: two cards, free Business debit card and Business credit card.
  • Sabadell Negocios Plus Account: up to three cards, free Business debit cards and Business credit and Business Platinum cards.
  • Sabadell Empresas Account: up to three cards, free Business Debit, Corporate and Corporate Platinum per account.
For other accounts, ask an account manager about the terms and conditions.

5 The granting, amount and term of each transaction requested will be determined by and subject to the Bank's risk criteria.

6 All the POS terminals are products of PAYCOMET S.L.U. and marketed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Paycomet is a Payment Entity, part of the Banco Sabadell Group, with registered office in (…), Local, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 40,715, Folio 165, Page M 722.484, holder of Tax ID. B95842522. Paycomet safeguards the funds received by users by depositing them in a separate account opened with Banco de Sabadell, S.A. a. No account management or maintenance fees. Return may vary depending on market conditions. Now, there is a 1% APR return per annum on an average joint balance of up to €20,000 of the Sabadell Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the same account holders linked to it for individual or business purposes. Representative example of remuneration over one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €20,000: 1% NIR per annum, 1.005% APR, €200 in interest settled in the year. Settlement on a monthly basis and credited to the Sabadell Online Account on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it). If, at the time of signing the contract you are already benefiting from a promotional offer, the latter's terms and conditions will remain the same until it expires.

b. Payment of €30/quarter for activating a Sabadell Online Account for business purposes and direct debiting your self-employed social insurance contributions from that account during that period (includes the self-employed under the Special System for Self-Employed Agrarian Workers and the self-employed under the Special Regime for Sea Workers). The payment will be settled within the first 15 days following the end of the quarter and subject to the current tax legislation.
